Who Is Missio Mosaic?
Missio Mosaic is a missional society that desires to see more Jesus followers in more neighborhoods and communities, in a more just and caring world, all for the greater glory of God. Misso Mosaic does this through raising healthy leaders, supporting healthy churches, planting missional communities and church plants, sending chaplains, and developing and equipping leaders. Mission Mosaic acknowledges that they work with a variety of churches and ministries from diverse backgrounds both inside and outside the network. They choose to show unity among diversity, and cooperate without compromise concerning various doctrinal topics (e.g. baptism, church leadership structure, etc.). The Society of St Chad is honored to be a part of Missio Mosaic. You can read more about this group of ministries at their website HERE.
What Makes The Society of St Chad Celtic?
The Celtic nature of St Chad Society reflects the following Celtic values:
1) Radical sense of intimate local communities.
2) Episcopal oversight based on relationships and spiritual friendship.
3) Mystical holistic sense of Christian spirituality and the immanent experience of God’s presence by recognizing a thin boundary between the natural and supernatural (i.e. the “thin places” as described by the celts).
4) Apostolic faith and order.
5) Missionary and outreach in nature.
